There's a certain adrenaline rush that comes from a high-intensity cycling or kickboxing class. That's what keeps us coming back for more, right? Well, Calgary-native Michelle Watson gives us another reason to hit the gym and channel our favorite super-heroine. Launched in 2010, Watson's line, MICHI, fills the gap between provocative, glamorous lingerie (with its retro influences) and comfortable, utilitarian athletic wear.
Growing up, Watson sharpened her skills in competitive golf, ski racing, martial arts and dancing. Having worked at NYC design houses Donna Karan, Kate Spade and RLX Ralph Lauren, she knows a thing or two about superior construction and performance. The designer sees no reason why a woman can't challenge her body, mind or competition; all while being impeccably dressed. The collection of bras, tanks, leggings and accessories makes it a cinch to realize your secret identity as Æon Flux or pin-up idol Bettie Page (depending on your appetite).
